When Tratodi is aware that a kid is older than 13 but still regarded as a minor under the law, Tratodi will first seek permission from the child’s guardian or parent before utilising the child’s personal information.

How does Tratodi use and store the information it collects?

Tratodi may use the Personal Information you submit to Tratodi to improve and provide the Website, the Services and other products and services offered by Tratodi, and for the specific purpose that you gave Tratodi your Personal Information. Below are further specifics on how Tratodi uses your information.

In order to fulfil any contract you have with Tratodi, Tratodi may use Personal Information to create and authenticate your account, handle transactions you request, like domain name registration, provide you with customer and technical support, and communicate with you about your account and Tratodi goods and services.

The Personal Information you provide to Tratodi allows Tratodi to provide you with the newsletters and mailing lists that you have signed up for with Tratodi. You can opt out at any time by updating your preferences on your ‘My Information’ page in the client area if you do not wish to receive emails from Tratodi.

Tratodi may use your Personal Information to promote, sell or advertise Tratodi goods and services to you. Even though these third-party products and services may be mentioned, incorporated, or otherwise included in Tratodi products and services, Tratodi will not independently offer, market, or advertise any third-party products or services using your Personal Information unless you first give Tratodi permission to do so.

Tratodi may occasionally use your Personal Information to send crucial alerts, such as emails about purchases, important product updates, and alterations to Tratodi terms, conditions, and policies. You cannot opt out of getting these communications because the information is necessary for your interactions with Tratodi.

Tratodi is permitted to use your Personal Information for any other legitimate reason outlined in this Privacy Policy as well as any additional reason for which you have provided express approval.

If you agree, Tratodi may send you direct marketing communications using your personal information. In the event that you decide to “opt out” of receiving such communications, Tratodi may keep your personal information on file to make sure that it does not continue to target you with messages of the kind that you have requested Tratodi stop sending to you.

Tratodi only uses your personal information for the reasons outlined in this privacy statement and for which you have given us your express consent. Tratodi only keeps personal information as long as it takes to accomplish the listed aims, in compliance with established policies and procedures, unless a longer retention period is mandated by law or the person has given their consent.

Any Personal Information that is no longer required will be periodically destroyed or erased by Tratodi in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Similar to how it uses personal information, Tratodi may also use user communications. Tratodi may utilise your User Communications for the reason for which you communicate with them if you do so. For instance, if you contact Tratodi seeking technical assistance, Tratodi may use your conversations to assist you.

To offer you with technical support, as well as to maintain, assess, and supply Tratodi goods and services, Tratodi may use Server Information. The data may also be used by Tratodi to look into unauthorised (and thus, illegal) applications of its software.

Where is your Personal Information stored? / Storage of Data

Tratodi store your personal data as hard copy and soft file.
Tratodi store your personal data by using the following systems:

  1. Microsoft 365
  2. Google Drive

How does Tratodi protect your Data Security?

In accordance with the law and the legitimate interests of Tratodi, its partners, its workers, and other users of Tratodi services, Tratodi will protect the privacy of your personal information, account information, and personal communications. Tratodi has appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in place to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of client information.

How can I modify my personal information?

You can change your personal information from the Tratodi Client Billing System or by submitting a Help Desk ticket upon request.

If you have a domain name registered with Tratodi and want to change the Technical Contact from Tratodi to another business or any other registration details, you should be able to do so by logging into the relevant Domain Registrar Control Panel. Tratodi sends you your own login and password so that you have full access to your domain account. You should be aware that the domain name registry makes your domain name registration information accessible to the general public. You can submit a Help Desk ticket if you forget your domain password, and we will resend it to the email address listed in the domain registration record. It is crucial to keep both your Domain Registrar email address and your email address with Tratodi up to date because if you forget your password and the email address listed with Domain Registrar is no longer valid, a direct request to Domain Registrar will be necessary.

Will Tratodi Ever Send Me Direct Mailings?

Tratodi may occasionally give you details about different goods and services that could be of interest. Without explicitly permitting you to “opt out” of receiving such mailings, we will not send you information of this nature. Sending an email to support@tratodi.my will allow you to opt out, but doing so may prevent you from receiving crucial service-related communications.

How Do I Protect My Personal Information In Public Forums?

The interactive forums of Tratodi might include chat and message boards. You should be aware that any Personal Information you freely submit to other users or to third parties on the Tratodi system, via email, or outside of the Tratodi system may be collected and utilised by others and may lead to unsolicited messages from other users or outside parties. Tratodi works hard to safeguard your personal information, but it is you who is ultimately responsible for keeping any passwords or other account information private. Tratodi cannot guarantee the security of any information you communicate to Tratodi.

As long as Tratodi is not legally compelled to keep the Personal Information and does not need to keep it for its legitimate business needs, Tratodi will abide by erasure requests. If a request is frivolous, vexatious, endangers the privacy of others, is wildly impractical, or is not otherwise required by local law, Tratodi reserves the right to refuse to process it. Requests for access, modification, or deletion should be sent through email to legal@tratodi.com.
